The recular routine, support and encouragement helps keep the focus and get the results. I was a bit apprehensive to start with due to my age (70) and the fact that I had done very little exercise before. Now I feel so much better, fitter stronger and I seem to have more energy - I wish I had started earlier!
I have to admit that I don't particularly like getting older! Neil has helped me to 'hang on' to my figure and keep me youthful. He is also fun, full of useful information and a great listener :)
I am delighted that my son Ben has started training with Neil. He is 15 and has really developed a taste for physical fitness that I hope he will benefit from for the rest of his life. I had been worried that he was setting himself up for a sedentary lifestyle, constantly on his x-box/phone etc. Now he bounces out of bed and off to train with Neil, he's making better food choices too.
